Dr. Elizabeth Shin Perry has been practicing endodontics in Westfield since 1995. She currently holds a faculty appointment at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she is a lecturer and clinical instructor in endodontics for the Advanced Graduate Endodontic Program. Dr. Perry received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She completed her postdoctoral Certificate in Endodontics at the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Perry currently serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE). She has chaired and participated in several standing and special committees and is a former District I Director of the AAE Board of Directors. Additionally, Dr. Perry serves on the Code Maintenance Committee of the American Dental Association, advocating for patients and endodontists. She is the lead editor and an author of the textbook “Pitt Ford’s Problem-Based Learning in Endodontology, 2nd Edition.” Dr. Perry has authored the Endodontics chapter in the “ADA Coding Companion” Textbook annually since 2021. She lectures nationally on endodontic diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Perry is one of the select few practicing endodontists in Western Massachusetts to receive the distinction of Board Certification and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. She was recently inducted as a fellow of the International College of Dentists, a global organization dedicated to the recognition of “outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service, and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind.”
Dr. Perry has been happily married for over 20 years and has two children and three dogs. Outside of endodontics, Dr. Perry’s passions include yoga, surfing, and spending time with her family.
